“Willunga” is the home of Boxleigh Park Merinos.
We live, own & run four adjoining properties in the undulating country & valleys of Wellington, NSW.
Rainfall here is 600mm non seasonal & we graze a mixture of natural grasses and improved pastures all while keeping our land as nurtured and natural as possible.
Property management is an excellent balance between sheep and cattle which allows us to create versatility of grazing & maximize our production across all seasons.
Fast forward three generations of Merino sheep breeding and we’ve successfully arrived at the easy, resilient, versatile & highly profitable modern merino we produce today- safeguarding profitability across all seasonal and market conditions.

We've refined our breeding to produce a highly versatile animal that stands up to any market.
Our sheep fatten quickly & early and finish nicely in pasture & feedlot conditions all the while producing a stylish and quality wool that we sell into the top-end of the Italian market & also the Chinese market.
